Jesus told us, His disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of Life And Peace Gospel Ministry is to raise disciples to spread the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ. There are many areas you can serve in Life And Peace Gospel Ministry.
MEN MINISTRY
The duty of men in Life And Peace Gospel Ministry is to sharpen the countenance of all men of our generation. Proverbs 27:17. Our aim is to provide a welcoming environment for Christians & non-Christians and as well as opportunities for a spiritual growth. We connect with all races and serve, reach out to others, providing social, outreach, discipleship, opportunities to meet the needs of others. We also encourage men to pray for and be accountable to one another.
WOMEN MINISTRY
Our aim and objective is to bring up women to the level where God propose for them, because women are the gatekeepers. Behind any successful man, there is a brave woman. The bible says in Titus 2:4-5 that the young women should be thought to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. Also, The bible says in proverbs 14:1 that every wise woman buildeth her house, but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.
MUSIC
It is good to Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, so join us the golden voice as we use the full range of our creative talents to minister God’s truth and blessing to all generations.
Praise and worship is very essential in the house of God. Honouring God in worship is something we strive for. You can get involved in our music ministry to play instruments or vocalists or get involved in the choir. It is important for you to use your God given talents and gifts to glorify God.
USHERS
The usher team of Life And Peace Gospel Ministry fills an important role. They are involved in directing attendees to their seats, ensuring the safety of the building during services, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, unlocking doors, locking doors, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free. The usher team is a servant-hearted group of men and women whose ministry is integral to church life.
MEDIA
Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of Life And Peace Gospel Ministry. In this age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. All of our weekly sermons are uploaded to our youtube channel.
PRAYER WARRIORS
Prayer cannot be underestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Life And Peace Gospel Ministry is a body of believers that are dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Each Sunday, before the morning service, the warriors team is praying for our ministry and ministries all over the Word.
KINGDOM CHILDREN
Life and peace gospel ministry brings up children to the fear of the Lord, because they are the great leaders of tomorrow. The main purpose is to make them understand God’s word and give proper preparation, so that they will have the fear of God and children to emulate and be fit for the kingdom of God. The Bible says in Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
YOUTH MINISTRY
The youth of Life And Peace Gospel Ministry hold the views of biblical teaching concerning the lifestyle of youth, the way he communicate to others and the way of dressing and relationship to the society because this same youth hold the key of life which is the fear of God and it is a guide of defence from sin wish is common among the youth. It is only the fear of God that can keep one from sinning against GOD and man and prevent us from doing evil. Life And Peace Gospel Ministry teach the youth to strongly hold unto the fear of God, this same fear of God is a motor that can take you to any destination of life, without fear of falling and failing. We therefore charge all youth over the world to have the fear of God as a guide to their life every day. Ecclesisastes 12:1-2.
