Topic: Putting God First.
Text: Matthew 6:33.
Let God be first in whatever you do in this 2021 whether marriage, ministry, business, career, family, job e.t.c.
Joshua 1:7-9 says: Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shall meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shall have good success. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed; for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
1 Samuel 30:8 says: And David inquired at the Lord, saying, shall I pursue after this troop? Shall I overtake them? And He answered him, pursue: for thou shall surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.
In 1 Samuel 30:18-19 it said: And David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away; and David rescued his two wives. And there was nothing lacking to them, neither small nor great, neither sons nor daughters, neither spoil nor any thing that they had taken to them; David recovered all. David actually got every thing captured by the enemy because he first asked God what to do.
Psalms 23:1 says: The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. If you allow God to lead, guide and shepherd you in this 2021, you will not lack any good thing, in Jesus name.
Psalms 84:11 says: For the Lord God is a sun and shield: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.
Matthew 6:33 says: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and every other thing shall be added unto you.
In fact, the Lord God knows what your needs are and He is able to provide if only you will put Him first in your life.
Proverbs 8:17 says: I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
In Genesis 17:1 says: And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. Please, this is not the year to go ahead of God, but to follow His leadership.
Proverbs 3:5-7 says: Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thy own eyes; fear the Lord, and depart from evil.
In 2 Timothy 1:12 Paul said: For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him against that day.
Therefore, put your life, business, family, job, education, marriage, ministry into the hand of God and He will never disappoint you.
Prayer: Oh God, help me to put all my plans in this 2021 into your hands and also help me not to lean unto my understanding, in Jesus name.
